In my new organization, I have been given a much bigger role. Not only I will have to develop and conduct customer service workshop for floor staffs in various clubs, I also need to conduct leadership courses for management and HQ staffs. Then now come the customer service training for restaurant staffs as well.
The challenge is that most of them are really not that educated. So what I did to enhance their knowledge and make it a pattern inside their heart and mind is that I took some video clips on the proper customer service from customer coming in to customer leaving our place. I then attach the clips accordingly to my presentation files. I also add some songs for everyone to sing. The results.....so WONDERFUL!!!
This is truly an interesting job for me. Not only I was given the trust to run the training dept for the entire corporation group, I learn new things from time to time.
Thanks to my boss, the MD and thanks to Tan Sri Danny Tan who took me in and trusted me well.
